Depending on the case, we offer an hourly rate, contingency fee or a flat rate. We keep detailed logs of our time. We break each our into ten equal parts and round down when in-between them. We provide our clients with a detailed breakdown of our time when billing clients. We only work for as long as a case requires, so you’ll never be overbilled for unproductive time. Final bills will include costs for copy, filing, messengers, hard costs and third-party research tools. Attorney rates fall between $175-250 an hour, depending on the specific case. We also charge $150.00 an hour for guardian ad item work. We charge $75.00 per hour for paralegal work. Retainers must be paid upfront.
